Service and acceptance

These terms apply to the Boopumi app and website. Use the service only if you may do so under applicable law and with any required guardian permission. Boopumi is currently in prelaunch testing; availability depends on the features actually enabled in the app. The website provides product information and iOS download guidance, not consumer accounts, checkout or generation.

Account and content

The app establishes an internal account using verified Apple app identity. Protect access to your device and Apple account. Upload only photos and media you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your uploads and authorize the processing and storage needed to generate and deliver your video. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material, bypass access controls, or misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic evidence. AI outputs can be imperfect; specific likeness, movements or commercial rights are not guaranteed.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases use Apple in-app purchase with RevenueCat. The Apple purchase screen shows the actual local price, currency, billing period and included credits. The V1 plan offers credit packs and a monthly credit subscription, without unlimited generation or a free trial. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple. Manage it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or account does not cancel renewal. See Apple subscription help.

Credits and generation

Each generation shows its credit cost before confirmation. Credits are issued only after a confirmed purchase or successful renewal; restoring purchases does not issue them again. Paid credits have no expiry, including subscription credits, and remain usable after cancellation. Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Purchase completion does not automatically start generation. Upload validation failures do not consume credits. Confirmed generation failure or timeout settlement returns the task’s credits once; uncertain outcomes are checked before settlement.

Refunds

Request purchase refunds through Apple Report a Problem; Apple decides eligibility subject to applicable consumer law. A purchase refund revokes unused credits from that purchase. Already-used credits create a support review record, without taking credits from unrelated purchases; unresolved differences may suspend new purchases and generation. A task reversal cannot reactivate credits from an already refunded purchase.

Availability, deletion and responsibility

Generated videos normally remain downloadable for 30 days; save a copy before expiry. We may restrict abusive use or suspend an unavailable feature, and will provide notice where practicable. Contact support for account or data deletion while the service is in testing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or promise that the service will always be uninterrupted.

Updates and contact

Material changes will be identified by an updated version and appropriate notice. The six language versions are maintained together; no translation removes mandatory local rights. Questions or disputes: tianyu1718@gmail.com.
